STEP TWO: Complete the online registration form
After you have deteremined which program model to use, you can begin the online registration form.
STEP THREE: The Guideline Advantage staff will work with you to complete agreements
After the online registration has been submitted, you'll be contacted by our program staff to learn more about your practice and your goals for participating in The Guideline Advantage™. Communication with the staff will aid in executing the program agreements that must be completed before your practice begins submitting data.
STEP FOUR: Begin compiling and submitting data
Basic participants will receive data extract mapping and upload instructions to help them compile and submit their data. Our data analytics and technology provider will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Premium participants will receive full data advisory service, including comprehensive consultations and guidance in identifying data sources, mapping, data cleansing and alignment.
Whether you have Basic or Premium, we recommend you resubmit your data at least quarterly.
STEP FIVE: Use the program to work toward performance improvements and practice recognition
Once you start submitting, you can begin to use the program's reporting tools and resources for translating data into actionable information. Your practice will have a guidebook of sorts for ongoing performance improvements.
You'll also be invited to take part in The Guideline Advantage free monthly webinars, quarterly virtual workshops and other educational opportunities.
The Guideline Advantage recognition program will publicly acknowledge participating practices in 2013. It's a precursor to the launch of a national achievement recognition program soon after.
